KM PRINTS currently sells downloadable PDF products only. No physical item will be shipped.
Changing your mind
When buying online as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of making the contract. For digital content supplied immediately, special rules apply. The right to cancel may be lost where you expressly consented to supply starting during the cancellation period, acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right, and the other legal conditions, including required confirmation, were satisfied. Simply buying or downloading a PDF does not, by itself, waive rights that the law protects.
To ask to cancel an order, use our Contact page, ideally within 14 days of buying. Include your order number and the product name. We will review your request under the law applicable to your purchase.
Missing, damaged or incorrect files
If you cannot access your download, receive the wrong file, or the PDF does not work as described, please contact us through the Contact page. Include your order number and a description of what went wrong. We will help make the correct digital file available or provide another remedy required by law.
Consumers may be entitled to remedies when digital content is faulty or not as described. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, including any applicable rights to have the content put right, a price reduction or a refund.
Returning purchases
Because we supply digital PDF files rather than physical goods, there is no parcel to return. Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
