Will I receive a physical product?
No. Our current planners, journals and colouring books are digital PDF files to download and print. Nothing physical will be posted.
How do I get my download?
After checkout, follow the digital download instructions provided with your order. If you cannot find the file, check your order confirmation and email folders, then reach out through our Contact page.
What do I need to print my purchase?
A device that can open PDFs, a printer or print shop, and suitable paper. Check the individual product page for any recommended size, such as A4.
Can I print the pages more than once?
Our undated planner and journal pages are designed to be printable again for your own personal use. Digital files are not sold with commercial reproduction or resale rights.
Do I need special software?
A PDF viewer and a way to print your file are generally all you need. Compatibility can depend on your device and printer.
What if something goes wrong?
