Terms for KM PRINTS digital products
KM PRINTS sells downloadable printable planners, journals and children's colouring materials as PDF files. These customer-information terms explain what you are purchasing and how the files may be used. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.
What your order includes
Every product listing describes the digital file being sold and its price at checkout. These products are downloads, not printed or posted goods. Frames, notebooks, pens and other physical accessories shown in illustrations or mock-ups are not included unless a listing expressly states otherwise.
Ordering and access
Purchases are completed through Shopify checkout. Follow the download instructions supplied with your order to get your PDF and save it to your device. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us through our Contact page.
Personal use
Unless a product listing grants additional rights, purchasing a file gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download and print it for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, offer the PDF for download, or commercially reproduce the design without permission. Any rights that cannot be restricted by law remain unaffected.

Changes
We may update this information for future orders. Changes will not remove rights already acquired under an earlier purchase. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the legal requirement takes priority.
